2026 NASTTPO Annual Workshop Registration

April 27-30, 2026

Early bird fee prior to April 10, 2026,  will be $585.00. Late registration fee will be $615.00 made after the 10th. Please pre-register for the conference so an accurate head count can be made.

PLEASE REGISTER THE PERSON WHO WILL ACTUALLY BE ATTENDING THE WORKSHOP.

The fee can be paid prior to the conference via credit card, personal check, government voucher or P.O. Registration may also be made at the time of sign-in and may be paid by credit card, government voucher, personal check or P.O.

Hotel Room Reservations:
Please book your room first even if you have not received travel approval.
Discounted blocked hotel room rates are reserved for the night of Sunday April 26 through Friday 1, 2026.  Additional lodging at discounted rate will be based on availability. 

Room Rates: 
$114.00 (Plus State & Local Taxes) Per Night for the NASTTPO/HOTZONE Conference. 
The Cut Off date for hotel registration will be March 27, 2026.  After that date, room registration will be based on availability only.

REGISTRANTS, DO NOT FORGET TO MAKE YOUR ROOM ARRANGEMENTS ASAP!  Do not wait.  Make them even if not yet approved for travel.  Easier to cancel than to get.
