2023 NASTTPO Mid-Year Conference Registration

October 16-19, 2023 – Houston, TX 

Early bird fee prior to Oct. 2, 2023 will be $215.00. Late registration fee will be $245.00 made after the 2nd. Please pre-register for the conference so an accurate head count can be made. 

PLEASE REGISTER THE PERSON WHO WILL ACTUALLY BE ATTENDING THE WORKSHOP.

The fee can be paid prior to the conference via credit card, personal check, government voucher or P.O. Registration may also be made at the time of sign-in and may be paid by credit card, government voucher, personal check or P.O.

Wyndham Houston Near NRG Park, 8686 Kirby Drive, Houston, TX. 

Hotel Room Reservations: 
Discounted blocked hotel room rates are reserved for the night of Sunday Oct. 15 through Saturday night Oct 21, 2023. 

Room Rates: 
$122.00 (Plus State & Local Taxes) Per Night for the NASTTPO/HOTZONE Conference.

Transportation:
Hobby airport is about 15 minutes from the hotel. Taxi, Uber and Lift services are available from Hobby to the Wyndham. George Bush Intercontinental (IAH) is approximately 30-45 minutes from the hotel (traffic not withstanding).
