2026 NASTTPO MID-YEAR WORKSHOP

October 26-28, 2026

Early bird fee prior to October 16, 2026, will be $515.00. Late registration fee will be $545.00 made after the 16th Please pre-register for the conference so an accurate head count can be made.

PLEASE REGISTER THE PERSON WHO WILL ACTUALLY BE ATTENDING THE WORKSHOP.

The fee can be paid prior to the conference via credit card, personal check, government voucher or P.O. Registration may also be made at the time of sign-in and may be paid by credit card, government voucher, personal check or P.O.

Hotel Room Reservations:
Please book your room first even if you have not received travel approval.
Discounted blocked hotel room rates are reserved for the night of Sunday October 25 through Wednesday night October 28. 

Room Rates: 
$110.00 (Plus State & Local Taxes) Per Night for the NASTTPO/HOTZONE Conference. 
The Cut Off date for hotel registration will be September 26, 2026.  After that date, room registration will be based on availability only.

There are Uber and Lift transportation from the Rogers Municipal Airport. Time from airport to hotel is around 15-20 minutes.
